Our client is a multi-national US owned, Fortune 200 company. They develop, manufacture and market technically advanced lubricants to industries worldwide. Their success is based on building first class relationships with their customers, by providing a complete solution to their needs, delivered via superior technical sales and after sales support.
Due to the continued success of their ULTRAcare service, there is now a requirement for a Service Engineer to join them in the South of England.
This is a varied role which will require undertaking service visits of both existing and potential new customers, covering all aspects of cutting fluid management. Duties include; cutting fluid checks and rectifications where appropriate, taking samples of cutting fluids from machine tool sumps and machine tool cleanouts. Friendly and approachable; you will liaise with customer contacts on all levels and build a good rapport.
They are ideally looking for candidates with previous hands on experience within an engineering machine shop environment. Full product knowledge and comprehensive training with be provided, although they do ask for candidates to have a good standard of literacy skills and basic knowledge of IT. Candidates must be flexible as this role will requires some overnight stays.
In return they offer you a basic salary of circa £20,000 - £22,000, quarterly bonus, company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, pension and other benefits.
