Job Description
Day to Day tasks could include the following:
- Carrying out minor repairs
- Turning heating and lighting on/off at appropriate times and regularly checking
and maintaining such systems
- Maintaining the grounds and removing litter
- Manual handling duties and moving of furniture
- Managing access to the premises
- Supervising external contractors
- Championing health and safety on the premises
- Emergency clearing of human deposits
- Replacement of consumables
- Replacement of lighting tubes/lamps
- Portable appliance testing
